I got started by cold calling property developers and arranging appointments with financial controllers to understand their needs and restraints. Once the terms were set and I had a signed mandate, I cold-called many different banks and private lenders to find the source of funding that met the criteria of the client. During this time I arranged over $150 Million in development finance for a wide range of property developers throughout Australia.
