As a classroom teacher, I have supported students' physical, emotional, social and intellectual development. I design learning content through a student-focused lens, ensuring the learning content is relevant, engaging and inspiring for students. I have worked collaboratively with colleagues through Professional Learning Communities, engaging in professional learning to further develop my own knowledge, understanding and expertise regarding children's learning and development. I consistently evaluate, reflect on and adjust my planning and approaches in accordance with this. I communicate on a regular basis with parents and carers, ensuring I am meeting the needs of every student.

As a Customer Service Officer, I responded to a high volume of customer calls and emails on a daily basis. I assisted customers with their plans and payments in a positive, empathetic manner. I engaged in professional learning on a regular basis, and collaborated effectively with colleagues to ensure the efficient management of customer accounts, payments, statements, and balances.

Supported students with diverse learning needs in the classroom and across a range of school activities. Designed and implemented individualised learning programs to cater to the physical, social, emotional and academic requirements of students. Worked alongside teachers and other professionals to evaluate the effectiveness of approaches and programs used both inside and outside the classroom to support students in their school journeys.
