Summary

Educational leadership is effectively working with and for teachers to improve outcomes for students. It comes with a strong knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy and an ability to lead and collaborate productively. In my leadership roles I have contributed to school improvement by effectively managing change, forming supportive working relationships, building teacher capacity and positively influencing others. I stay up to date with the latest educational research including the work of Dylan William, John Hattie and Beverly Derewianka.
