In addition to my role as Solutions Manager, I lead a team of Application Specialists responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and reliability of all critical business systems, including POS, ERP, WMS, Finance, Merchandise, and eCommerce platforms. I oversee cross-platform data integrity and provide Level 3 support for complex issues.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, design, implement, and support solutions that enhance business functions across both legacy and new business systems.

Support the strategic direction and execution of application development, ensuring data, application, and security integrity while maintaining a stable, low-downtime environment.

Lead projects involving both new and existing systems that require deep knowledge across multiple functional areas, integrated systems, diverse channels, and multiple business entities.

Manage the lifecycle of Merchandise, Financial, and POS systems, delivering efficient and effective operational support while ensuring the integrity of financial and transactional data across all platforms.

Monitor The Good Guys online platforms to ensure applications perform as intended and all back-end systems are maintained and supported with timely, accurate data. Additionally, responsible for detecting and addressing fraudulent transactions to safeguard business integrity.

Analyze business systems, applications, reports, processes, and workflows to identify enhancements; assess new requirements; specify solutions; and coordinate their implementation and ongoing support.
