Day to day, the responsibilities of the role
· Overseeing Storage Consultants.
· Delivering and driving consistent and great service to support customers in making the best storage choice for their needs.
· Help to continuously grow the centre and build relationships with the local community.
· Building strong relationships with corporate and commercial customers.
· Working towards monthly KPI targets.
· Driving operational excellence with a strong focus on centre presentation, including cleaning and maintenance.
· Resolving customer complaints and enquiries.
· Working alongside the Management team to ensure our teams success.
· Actioning general administration duties such as rosters, leave requests and timesheets, customer contracts and inventory management.
· Being responsible for end of month reporting summarising the centre's financial performance.
· Reporting directly to the Operations Manager regarding weekly and monthly updates/results.
