With a number years of experience in senior leadership roles both here in Western Australia and New Zealand I have developed a deep commitment to fostering academic excellence, holistic development while creating inclusive and thriving learning environments for students.

I have a passion for indigenous education and in my many years working in the different AIC Schools I have been able to develop and implement whole school programs that ensure that every child can achieve success. I understand the uniqueness of each school and the challenges that come with working remote.

I am a data-driven person in which it is used to inform whole school programs and policy making decisions. Setting realistic student focus goals which lead to optimum outcomes for the students. I have excellent time management and problem-solving skills. I remain calm in most pressure situations and I have outstanding skills in parent communication, conflict resolution and staff management.
