My role as Coordinator and Educational Leader were similar to the duties I preform as Director, excluding- payroll, grant submission, financial management.

I developed the centre’s weekly program and worked with educators to develop their strengths regarding the education and care of children as well as managed the day to day operations.

This role has more of a focus on direct contact with children than when I became Director, however they’re are many similar responsibilities.
