  • Developed and implemented best practice enterprise agreement planning and negotiation model across Amcor Australian businesses including a negotiation framework, costing model, and pre-audit and post audit of enterprise agreements.
  • Completed planning preparation for a complex national enterprise agreement included scenario planning for alternative agreement models.
  • Designed and delivered training for front line managers to improve IR capability.
