I bring an agile, curious, practical and solutions-focused mindset, as well as infectious energy and proactivity to the work place. *Lead three key business portfolios aligned to strategic priorities (digital learning, resource development and in-school workshops) which influence 1500+ primary schools and 1700+ registered members.
*Architect and facilitate inclusive and differentiated adult learning experiences through multiple means: masterclasses/communities of practice, workshops, eLearning, major conferences, and webinars which build competency and confidence though developing teacher professional knowledge and understanding.
*Consult and leverage external stakeholders and subject matter experts to elevate product offerings, expand knowledge and enhance learning experiences through deepening perspectives and knowledge contributions.
*Support primary practising teacher members (400+) with mentoring and feedback opportunities to build teacher capacity.

*Initiated digital design software (Articulate 360 and rise) to deisgn eLearning modules to extend accessible blended and digital learning opportunities with a seamless user experience through our LMS platform.
*Developed competent digital design skills through self-directed learning and support of Articulate learning academy.
*Consulted with internal teams to seek feedback and insights from other key business portfolios to help determine and action initiatives to strengthen product and learning experience offerings. Achieved through publishing two eBooks, embedding interactive live online sessions, multi modal delivery of 'Tip of the weeks' and establishment of a additional workshop offering.
*Identified learning needs and developed learning solutions to meet these needs'.g. home learning resources, utilising external feedback and data analysis from stakeholders.
*Led projects transparently from start to completion utilising agile project management tools (Asana).
