Duties undertaken as a Peer Support Officer
In my role as a Peer Support Officer I provide support to staff that may be experiencing problems at work, home or suffering from trauma. We guide staff to appropriate services that may assist them. This is a volunteer role, however we do undertake training to ensure we are appropriately trained to carry out this role professionally and successfully.
Management of a rental portfolio of 155 properties
