  • Primary purpose of this role is to ensure our clients experience exceptional customer service throughout their engagement with our teams
  • It also requires client engagement and building relationships with existing clients to determine their needs and then offer the right service/product solution
  • This role plays a key part in contributing to the business’ financial objectives by ensuring the retention of clients and creating growth through up-selling and cross-selling of products/solutions to maximise the long-term value of each account
  • A key contact for our newly formed ‘VIP Care team’, in which all Tier 1 advertising clients are given additional support and guided through the Adstream platform at every incarnation
