Lead curriculum and pedagogy by supporting educators to deliver high-quality, play-based and meaningful learning experiences aligned with the EYLF/VEYLDF and the Guardian Curriculum.
Support the Cycle of Planning by reviewing programs, observations, documentation and learning environments to ensure children’s learning is intentional, visible and responsive.

Strengthen learning environments by working with room teams to create engaging, organised and purposeful spaces that reflect children’s interests, development and current learning.
Build strong partnerships with the Centre Leadership Team, educators, children and families by encouraging open communication, responding to feedback and creating a positive culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Lead the funded kindergarten program for 32 children daily, designing inclusive, engaging learning aligned with The OAC Way, Play-Based Learning.
