  • Procurement Lead on a $20 million Campaign Modernization & Intelligent Decisioning RFP, which had branched out into two RFP’s, one licensing and support and the other Organizational transformation & SI
  • Completed Warehouse Consolidation Project as Procurement Lead for this project. Managed to negotiate a cost saving for this consolidation of $3.6 million, bringing total cost per annum down from $12.4 million to $8.8 million.
  • Executed and completed Preceda Agreement to have payroll platform brought in-house in order to manage this system more efficiently and to decrease lead time to completing tasks in Payroll system. Although this Agreement did not allow for any cost savings, it did however ensure that People Experience and Payroll team is able to streamline their processes
  • Procurement Lead for Managed Print Services (MPS) consolidation project which involved insuring that tlegacy TPG printing done in warehouse moved over to FujiXerox together with printing for Vodafone and other TPG brands
