During my university summer holiday, I volunteered at Eslite Bookstore, one of the largest bookstores in Taiwan. In this role, I assisted with organizing and stacking books to ensure a well-maintained environment. I also worked at the counter, helping customers with book recommendations and providing general assistance such as checkout. This experience allowed me to develop skills in customer service, retail operations, and bookstore management.
At the University of Melbourne, I joined Gleam Up, a club focused on activities such as formulating skincare serums (in collaboration with the Australian skincare brand Sano) and conducting makeup tutorials. The club has a strong feminine focus. I held roles as both the Publication Officer and Marketing Director, contributing to the club's promotional efforts and organizing events.
