I have many years experience in the role of basketball coach. I started coaching in my teenage years and only stepped back from numerous roles in 2023., This role encompassed a wide range of abilities and knowledge to be an effective coach., While coaching I developed and enhanced my technical knowledge, developed and mentored players. Also great communication was important., It also further developed teaching skills, conflict resolution and motivation of different age groups.


Primary School Sports and classroom Volunteer


I have volunteered at my children's primary school for school sports, including: softball coaching, basketball coaching and school camps., This has required being adaptable, thinking on your feet and managing kids of different ages., Other skills needed are: Patience, time management, good communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with students, parents and staff.
