•Managing the customer return to collect vehicle once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns, liaise with repairers and IAG assessors to rectify any issues or concerns the customer had with the repairs.
● Manage the customer return to have any repair issues rectified with the repairer.
● Book vehicle tows to the repairer for vehicle repairs.
•Organise a taxi or Uber for customers to return home after dropping vehicle for repairs or to return to collect their vehicle.
● Arrange hire car bookings for customers prior to dropping vehicle for repairs. Manage the complete repair process for the customer from drop off to collection for 32 assessment bookings, 15 future bookings and multiple collections per day ensuring the customer has a fast, friendly and professional experience in a fast paced environment.
