Key Skills & Experience

  • Experienced in providing advice to customers on vitamins to support a range of health conditions, including working with families with children with conditions such as Autism, Asperger’s, ADHD, ADD, challenging behaviours and a range of illnesses. Good understanding of the challenges involved with these disorders and children’s needs in relation to them.
  • Competent in all aspects of administration support and office operations including correspondence, documentation, records management, filing and ensuring accuracy and compliance in activities.
  • Development of efficient procedures and workflows such as retention, retrieval and disposal of records.
  • Management of commercial, industrial and residential tenants and properties, liaising with landlords, enforcing compliance. Drafting agreements, coordinating maintenance and repairs, collecting rents and bonds, providing advice on management agreements and pursuing legal action as required.
  • Experience in delivering high levels of customer service and team support in a range of environments, portraying a professional image and ensuring high levels of service delivered.
