I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have 25 years of experience in marketing teams, including all rounder and specialist marketing roles.

Employed to develop, implement and continually improve the direct-to-customer marketing program for the Greater Bank brand within Newcastle Greater Mutual (NGM) Group, with the express purpose of increasing products and services per customer and extending customer tenure.

My first role at Wine Selectors involved planning and implementing all direct mail offers to the existing membership base. These offers included catalogue mailings, direct mail campaigns, magazine inserts and advertising. It also involved the development and management of several corporate wine clubs.

Over my time my role then became highly customer service focussed with a focus on managing and growing our membership base through targeted direct marketing campaigns.

My second time in this role and I had the opportunity to continue to grow and strengthen my account management skills as well as working with clients including the Northern Territory Tourist Commission, The Travel Corporation (Insight and Contiki) and Tourism NSW.
Virgin One Account is a UK lending institution and my role was to assist loan managers in the completion of home loans for customers. I was responsible for liaising with customers, solicitors, etc to obtain the necessary information to finalise the loan.
This position gave me valuable experience in putting my marketing education into practice in a fast paced Sydney marketing agency. In my role as Account Coordinator I assisted management on worldwide brochure production projects, media scheduling, print production and strategic solutions for clients.
Administration based role for small direct marketing agency in Sydney. The majority of my role was dedicated to the agency’s administration, PA duties for Managing Director and liaising with clients on a daily basis. I also assisted in management of direct marketing campaigns in areas of print production and database marketing.
