Employed to develop, implement and continually improve the direct-to-customer marketing program for the Greater Bank brand within Newcastle Greater Mutual (NGM) Group, with the express purpose of increasing products and services per customer and extending customer tenure.

Key responsibilities:

During this time I managed the company rebranding project for Diamond IT, on-boarding of the Hubspot CRM system and a website redesign using Word Press. My first role at Wine Selectors involved planning and implementing all direct mail offers to the existing membership base. These offers included catalogue mailings, direct mail campaigns, magazine inserts and advertising. It also involved the development and management of several corporate wine clubs.
