Each shift Im over seeing the running of the laundry with enough stock supplies to cater for 5 residents areas, which the facility caters for 130 residents , also over seeing cleaners have there cleaning products stock, I also carry out the chemical stock and ordering and do monthly stock takes for supplies ,all linen is washed on site and also residents clothing I also do curtains napkins, table cloths ,all are washed on site and,folded on site and delivered to each area each day and Im also checking stock thur out the day, I also do ,labeling of residents clothing and chemical change over for the industrial washing machines, plus deep cleaning the laundry at end of each shift and filling in duty and stock files

Serving of food to residents with there dietary requirements in place , collecting and placing food in the hot box to be taken to each kitchen ,checking food and fridge temperatures ,setting up each dining room table ,serving drinks ,doing dishes and cleaning kitchen and dining areas
