Managed and supported all three staffing teams in implementing high quality OSHC services, responsible for compliance and policy development and implementation, liaising with senior management, schools and communities. Conducted performance evaluations, training sessions and monitored progress towards strategic plan.

As Director and Nominated Supervisor I oversaw the daily operations of the service, leading, guiding and supporting a team of 30 plus staff in providing high quality education and care . Responsible and accountable for all management, administration and staffing while developing strong community connections and ensuring the ongoing professional development of staff.

As a teaching Director and Nominated Supervisor I was responsible for the implementation of a diverse and high quality educational program in a remote community, working closely with the Preschool committee and local community. Ensured compliance with National regulations and National Law, responsible for building authentic and strong relationships with all stake holders while ensuring continuous improvement.
