Hi my name is Joe Hoang I am a 41-year-old family man. I am seeking for a full-time job in my local community due to the Covid 19 me and my family had to sell up in our family Bakery in Springvale I believe that I can learn new skills so I decided to take on French polishing. I believe that I can be a big asset to your organization as I have a variety of skills that can benefit your company.

I am dedicated to my role and I always put 110 per cent in any task I am presented with, I am honest and hard-working and willing to learn new skills and desired to take on new challenges ,as I am a quick learner to any task that is presented to me, as there is something new to learn every day. I can work under pressure and adapt to new situation and challenges to best enhance the organizational brand. I can work in a team or work alone . I also have the the skills of Manageing a team as I also Managed a Paint shop in Dandenong called CNC Pro for 2 years.

My teacher has taught me from day one I was under Greg Lisay my boss of GCL he has taught me things from spray painting, sanding, prepping. Expert in spray painting techniques, specializing in achieving mirror finishes. Proven ability to identify and rectify defects to ensure high-quality results. Extensive experience in applying advanced methods for flawless surface preparation and application. Committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship in every project.

Application specialist with a strong focus on quality inspection. I have Been told to get the best result in the finishing product it is not how you paint; it is in the Preparation, Sanding and Details making sure there are no defects ,pin holes,or scratching in the undercoat.

Maintenance is your tool and if you do not maintain your equipment you will have a long day. It is most important for your equipment to be maintained you will be able to make your task a productive day.

Communication will make your task easier for the day as that is one of my greatest skills at your job. It will be a happy day not a bad day. Work smart not harder is one of the main goals at any task I performed. I have the ability to multitask and collaborate with team members or work a loan to meet production goals while ensuring safety and top-notch results.
