  • This project involved Internal and External Work.
  • Refurbishments and upgrades for Buildings 151, 152 & 156 to achieve the required level of compliance and function for building stakeholders via three stages.
  • The work encompasses a wide range of tasks, including hazmat remediation, demolition, and the installation of new hydraulic, electrical, and dry fire systems throughout each facility, as well as new fire-rated ceiling systems throughout each level 1 unit.
  • Waterproofing & Tiling systems and the installation of new sanitary fixtures, and new solar hot water systems throughout.
  • The refurbishment of bedrooms included supplying new joinery, new paint systems for all walls, ceilings, internal doors, door and window frames, and new window furnishings.
  • New Electrical fixtures and flooring finishes throughout.
  • Significant upgrades to the site-wide fire services, including new hydrant boosters in compliance with FRNSW operational and access requirements.

  • This project was Delivered over a 16-month construction period.
  • This project's scope was extensive, involving the demolition of four existing buildings to pave the way for the construction of an Innovation Hub, a Performing Arts Centre, a Food and Textiles Technology Building, and a New Special Education/ General Learning Area Building.
  • Several existing buildings underwent significant refurbishments.
  • New car park, recreation facilities, significant landscaping, and external works.
  • Electrical Infrastructure included decommissioning the site's substation, replacing HV/LV power poles, and constructing a new substation.
  • The works were delivered while the school remained operational.

  • This project was completed in two stages while the school remained operational. The first stage involved finalizing the design, demolishing the existing outdoor sports center, sports court, and associated pedestrian pathways, removing trees, and site preparation to construct a new indoor multi-use sports center covering an area of 3500m2.
  • The sports center features two full-size indoor basketball courts with sprung timber flooring, line marking, and sporting equipment for volleyball, netball, and badminton. It includes new storage areas, three general learning spaces on level 1, a fitness lab, and a semi-commercial kitchen. External work was also carried out, including in-ground OSD and rainwater tanks, a new diesel fire pump, a new car park, and associated landscaping.
  • The project's second stage involved demolishing an existing building, remediating the site, constructing new external basketball and netball courts, and landscaping.
