Summary
I’m an experienced Architectural Draftsperson with over eight years in NSW residential design and construction, and around two years of on-site experience as a Site Supervisor. Through my drafting work, I’ve become very familiar with the full approval process — DA, CDC, and CC — as well as council DCP and LEP requirements, NCC, and BASIX. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with clients, engineers, builders, and local councils to deliver Class 1 residential projects such as knock-down rebuilds and duplexes.
My time on site has given me a solid understanding of how projects are built and how important coordination is between design and construction.
