Assisting skilled carpenter with multiple aspects of the trade as a full time labourer. I have worked with this person being my stepfather for many years on and off and was once his apprentice.

A customer service specialist providing tailored call centre outsourcing services to some of Australia’s largest companies and organisations, including private and government sectors. This role began in Melbourne 2012, where I quickly came to be a trainer, responsible for training individuals on services in excess of 50 different companies and organisations. In 2014 I was offered a supervisor role in the companies Manila office in the Philippines where I worked for a further two and a half years.
