I am a highly motivated, hard working, faith committed, Biblically and student focused educator, with excellent and proven leadership, communication, administrative, managerial and organizational skills. I have excellent experience in delivering high quality education, effective communication, conflict resolution, staff development, and day to day operations. I am approachable and have a genial personality, which allows me to form positive relationships and work closely with a wide and varied school community. My thoroughness and attention to detail are attributes that I excel in. I have worked closely with all levels of the College leadership and Staff, particularly in regards to the operations and leadership of the WSS Subschool, staff and student management, teaching allocations, timetabling, new staff orientation, mentoring and pastoral care. I also have an excellent relationship with the Administration staff in the College. My experience in student pastoral care, welfare, leadership and restorative practice is extensive. I am an excellent teacher, with a genuine commitment to embracing new learning technologies, and enhancing the teaching and learning focus and culture of Waverley Christian College.
