My responsibilities include:

• Processing monthly bank reconciliation
• Processing Accounts Receivable & Payable invoices
• Working closely with financial controller with debtor collection
• Processing monthly payroll in MYOB

• Administration of company's bank accounts, managing bank forms for changes to the account including new applications for credit cards and user access
• Daily Bank Reconciliations and processing monthly related journals including monthly expense of all prepayments, monthly accruals,
• Oversight of Fixed Asset Register including posting of monthly journals
• Input of payments into bank account and management of payment proposal for approval
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations for SMC Group
• Preparation of business income tax returns and statements for audits, FBT & BAS returns.
• Manage Sales Reporting, monthly & quarterly corporate reporting and adhoc Sales & Operations reports upon request
• Adhere to strict reporting deadlines set by parent company in Japan
• Assist the Management Accountant and Financial Controller with budget preparation
• Audit Support in preparation and during Financial Audits
• Oversight of Concur expense management including administration of users, general ledger postings, processing of staff expenses, handling of creditor queries and processing of invoices to meet payment deadlines
• Weekly accounts payable duties as well as overseeing the administration of the software and identify areas to improve touch less processing of invoices
