Joel Holloway

With 30 years in the construction industry, I have developed an overall understanding of many aspects of the construction process. Along the way, collecting and understanding an insight into many challenges and segues that the industry is known for. I have expanded my own problem solving abilities and with open and communicative processes, worked to complete assigned projects. With an extensive background working as a tradesman, alongside other experienced trades, I can identify many potential issues and navigate around them where the problem allows it. I have become an effective leader, with a dedication to problem solving and streamlining operations to decrease spiralling of costs and promote organisational efficiency. I have a solid history of delivering projects without impacting the safety of those under my supervision, closing multiple projects without incident. I am a collaborative team member, who is prepared to take on the shared goals of all stakeholders impacted by the project under my supervision.
