  • Senior Manager support - play a key role assisting the SM on board new business transactions (Investment, construction & land transactions) to achieve key growth targets with a focus on customer retention (nb: have assisted with 4 new transactions in the space of 1 month and mandated on 3 of 4 transactions).
  • At commencement at ING in 2015, supported SM increase portfolio from circa $300M to in excess of $600m within 4 years together with additional Assistant Account Manager.
  • Managed $400m – reduced due to business restructure noting previous Senior Manager relocated to Victoria in 2H2019 to establish a Commercial Property Finance business for ING
  • Since July 2019, demonstrated ability to work on new portfolio under different SM and manage a high volume portfolio of circa 50 loan accounts and 38 Client Groups.
