Currently helping out Site Manager with tasks for earthworking making sure formworkers are knowing what’s they’re doing aswell as all other trades on site and managing them in an efficient and quality matter, but has been hard to do with office people pushing and planing pours without us knowing or hiring people who don’t produce quality work leaving me to rectify their mistakes to ensure everything is done to standards.

Have been labouring a lot with them and seems to be all rushed and I have tried my best with this company but office people need to communicate to people on site for better efficiency which they don’t do.

Working on residential and commercial builds, helping teach apprentices and running the job down in shellharbour for two months fixing off door jambs and hanging doors.

Was hanging doors most of the time doing framing and decking sometimes or working in hospitals installing pendants and did glazing for 6 months there.

• Completed installations of building structures, trim, flooring, and cabinetry.

• Utilized hand tools such as hammers, chisels, levels, squares, and measuring tapes to complete tasks with precision and efficiency.

• Followed established job site safety regulations and maintained safe and clean work area.
