Communication skills:

Good communication is vital, having seen first hand the effects of good and bad communication I
pride myself in the skills I’ve gained in my mining career, I can provide information give feedback
and interact with work colleagues, OCE’s and superintendents in a clear, concise, correct, and calm
manner

Teamwork;

Having worked with a diverse workforce, a strength of mine is my ability to work as an individual as
well as working within a team I have learnt and still do learn a lot from working closely with work
colleagues Reaching targets is a good team result however a better result is knowing we have set the oncoming crew up for success

Multi-tasking:

Running multiple jobs simultaneously with contingency plans always in place for each task
undertaken is a natural habit, keeping a safe but also productive work environment is easily
achievable
