With over 20 years’ experience in sales and management, I have driven results by leading from the front to engage teams with varied skill levels. I have confidently adapted my skills according to the business needs to drive and achieve various company goals from sales, safety, loss prevention, compliance and profit. I've represented small to large scale brands including KMART, Rebel Sport Everlast, Fila, Under Amour, Realign Innersoles and Rock Tape. My biggest career achievement was working at KMART for a total of 13 years. The positions I applied myself to included Store Management, Indigenous leadership mentor, Human Resources, Training and Development, State warehousing and Relief Zone Management. I'm at a point in my career where I want to tie my passion for management with lifestyle balance. I have a passion for health and well-being after losing a total of 45kg, my life dramatically changed and the motivation to achieve this was my family. It's clear to me now that I want to help others and continue to grow my management skills but move in a new direction and continue to help others achieve fulfilling roles in their lives.
