Upon my part time return to the Bragg Institute in 2014 I continued and maintained my full time responsibilities as the User Office Liaison Officer which included the same responsibilities as my previous role up until 2016 when the Bragg Institute became ACNS at which point project forge was created. Throughout the process of project forge I was met with many organsational changes not limited to but including changes to our daily processes and major changes to the way in which we brought Facility Users on site.
I started at ANSTO in the Bragg Institute as a User Office Liaison Officer.. As the User Office Liaison Officer, my position was to provide support to Bragg Institute’s customers (internal and external) to facilitate smooth administration of their access to ANSTO including the proposal process and ANSTO Security applications
My role was varied and challenging heavily focused on deadlines managing the relationship of over 3000 affiliate partners and the day to day duties of being an EA
My focus was to create a strong relationship with our partners and ensure that they were using the product to the best of its ability
