  • My passion for science was driven by my insatiable interest in unique flavour manipulations in alcohol through various traditional and modern techniques. Translating into my love for innovating unique seasonal cocktails during my tenure at Merivale. I occasionally offer my service and expertise for private events.
  • Enjoys eating out, home-cooking, interior design, gardening, gaming, skating, hiking, travelling (locally and overseas), and snowboarding whenever the opportunity arises.
  • Football (soccer) player from 2006-2015, European Handball player from 2013-2019, and now I casually part-take in CrossFit.
  • Clarinettist in various bands and orchestras from 2006-2016 with an interest in classical composition. Now I only play casually at home and am self-taught on a classical acoustic guitar.
