My clients ranged from Major Hotels, clubs, cafes, Cold storage, and food processing/handling facilitys. I was involved in building industrial farm refrigeration systems from carrot bunker cooling systems, supermarket refrigeration, industrial freezer complexes, banana ripping rooms and commercial refrigeration systems. We built evaporator coils for high humidity coldrooms and manufactured compressor racks. While working for Humidifresh Industry’s I was part of a regular on call roster and did plenty of after hours call out on all types of commercial Refrigeration systems.
