Police Commander for Operation Shielding - deployment of PSOs to community locations as part of the COVID-19 police/public order response. This operation was the first time PSOs worked away from public transport

Project Director for Community Safety Statement (2017 and 2018) projects relating to additional PSOs and alternate deployment model. Projects delivered an additional 100 PSOs to public transport, established the Integrated Transport Security Model which delivered PSOs from static deployment at train stations to intelligence led mobile deployments across all modes of public transport
