  • Joined the world renown All Saint Luxury Skin Clinic in Double Bay specifically to scale the business and manage all commercial aspects on behalf of the founder and sole shareholder, Dr Joseph Hkeik.
  • Focusing initially on the development of a five year Strategic Plan for the roll-out of a two-brand / two-position clinic network, key achievements over the last 17 months include identifying and commencing development of two new flagship All Saint Clinics in Mosman (NSW) and Mayfair (UK) as well as the successful acquisition of an existing smaller clinic in Balmain (NSW).
  • Currently building an outstanding leadership team in lockstep with the rapid growth, I have also been responsible for overseeing clinic operational excellence, human resources policies and systems, financial functions and management reporting and marketing and business development activites.

The dialysis clinic operating model is complex, comprising private clinics, large public-private partnerships and joint licensing arrangements with private hospital groups.
