Accomplishments

M y accomplishments inclued and not limited to working as a support worker, achieving clients goals and making a difference.

I have worked my way up to a PL with DCV where I was actively involved with working with clients and stakeholders, working on WH&S with the companies policies team.

I have been able to recognise issues with clients living arrangements, where I have been able to set up a process to remove this client into a better environment.

I was nominated for the vic disability sector awards as a Pl. Due mainly to the above achievement.
