Summary

Having worked with in both the public and private sectors managing medical diagnostic and non-diagnostic (PC1 /PC2) laboratories and WHS for over 25 years. I ensured correct and safe operation of equipment which must be maintained and calibrated, correct storage and handling of chemicals and infectious materials and to ensure a safe and efficient laboratory. I am certified in WHS, lead facilitator for the environmental committee, certified in first aid and CPR, trained chief fire warden in fire and emergency evacuations. I would always provide leadership in the Laboratory and workplace, ensure staff morale is at a high level and staff enjoy being at work, also address any matters or interruptions that may arise. I am certified as a Green Belt in Lean and Six Sigma Methodology.
