In my role as Principal Consultant - Technology Sales, I have taken on full responsibility for building the national technology sales practice by building Randstad’s profile with major technology vendors such as IBM, Microsoft, Cisco and many more.


Key Achievements:

  • Secured multiple ANZ supply contracts with multiple vendors including SoftwareOne, Medtech Global, Progress Software, Riverbed, Extrap
  • Reengaged several dormant existing customers including Optus, ABB Enterprise software.

In my role as Business Development Manager - Corporate, I was in a new-business acquisition role where I was responsible for the end to end sales process. From creating direct mail and social marketing campaigns, meeting with key decision-makers to understand their network challenges and identify sales opportunities. I worked closely with the solution architects who would design the solution which I would then present to senior stakeholders from CEO, CTO, CIO, CFO, Business Owners, and network engineers within the clients. I also negotiated and closed sales.


Key Achievements:

  • Secured three multi-year contracts in his first 30 days the first BDM to achieve this
  • Won contracts with three multisite education institutions including network infrastructure and telephone systems

In the role of National Business Manager, I was required to build and manage a portfolio of major food manufacturing clients. I provided market information and insights but also help solve their dairy ingredient challenges. My account base grew by more than 40% over the first two years. I increased margin, volume, and revenue through building exceptional rapport and trust with my customer base.
