Wellard

Summary

I am a 2nd Year Scholarship Student studying at UWA, currently taking a gap year, looking to develop and evolve my professional experience. I have also had the pleasure of working at Costco Casuarina as a seasonal employee at the Meat Department and have been given the opportunity to also work at the Food Court and Deli. I am a methodical individual with the ability to hone my focus towards the tasks given to me, ensuring that they are executed in an efficient and effective way. I have a fundamental understanding of workplace health and safety, and have developed excellent interpersonal skills, proven through my Certificate II in Business. Furthermore, I can adapt well in the workplace, either as a focused individual, or as a team member unit, with the ability to resolve group conflict and guide fellow colleagues to execute tasks at hand. My goal is to create and develop strong relationships with co-workers as I believe that it is a critical aspect to creating a comfortable environment for both them and visiting customers.
