Land Meat NZ Ltd, is situated in Whanganui and is AFFCO's smallest plant specialising in beef, & pig processing and is a major supplier of chilled product to many countries around the world.
John started in August 2016 and through his determination, proved that he had the ability to change and adjust to new duties easily. Over time John advanced through the ranks into a B grade position, requiring him to learn a lot of different tasks along the processing chains. Some of these roles were very demanding, and John handled them with ease whilst also ensuring he was working compliantly, efficiently and that the product produced was of very high quality.
In the time that I have known John I found that he has a good attitude and is regarded as a reliable and trustworthy employee who can easily work alone or in a team.
