- Years ago, was promoted as the Maintenance Team Leader that Looks after all employed trades onsite, also all Contractors that also come to site to conduct works and projects
- With the Maintenance Team, I look after Rostering, Allocation of jobs, Timesheets and Permit Allocation, keeping on top of internal training required, also external such as Working at Heights, EWP, Confined Space, LVR/CPR, First Aid
- Also have regular Team Meetings to ensure the crew is aware of upcoming projects and what jobs are outstanding or requires completion.
- With Contractor jobs, I organize quotes for requested jobs by the client for the site either through downer or external companies pending on the size of job.
- Organize site Inductions for new contractors, also conduct verbal inductions when they come to site before work starts.
- Ensure they have signed off on all required paperwork before work starts.
- Locate and pass on Invoices for the Finance Team to complete
- Complete all SWMS and Permits required, W@H, Confined Space, Hot Works and conduct inspections of works during and at completion of the job for contractors and onsite staff
- Working with the Client, conduct regular Meetings to keep them up to date with Current projects and upcoming jobs and quotes ensuring everything stays on budget
- Working with other Departments in the office with budget spending and finding projects onsite when there is a surplus of funds to allocate.

- I work for Spotless in the Maintenance Department for the Southbank Tafe precinct
- I cover all the Technical Electrical which includes all the Kitchen Appliances, Dental and Science Equipment, Audio Visual, Gym and Fashion Equipment and finally anything else Electrical as well
- I also cover any required Preventative and Reactive works as required
- I am also responsible for all furniture and general maintenance in the campus including repair and replacement as required
- I organise quotes for parts and replacement items and the delivery to the campus, Construction, Installation and Commissioning of equipment

- I also look after the required Permits for onsite Technicians as well as External contractors on site
- I take care of the Electrical workshop with the setup, ordering parts as required to keep a set amount of stock on the shelves for repairs and installs
- I have 3 full Electricians and 4 restricted Tradespersons (Plumbers and Refrigeration techs) to work with on this site
- Any other office duties for Electrical are also taken care of by myself.

- Worked as an Electrician for GLNG Santos project at Roma and surrounding sites
- I also covered as the Relief Manager when the Manager was on Annual leave or R&R
- As an Electrician I cover all aspects of maintenance on large accommodation sites, Pump stations and everything else between, and covered all aspects of repairs and installs of Kitchen equipment and accommodation repairs and upgrades

- At Curtis Island I looked after all the site maintenance of a 1680 person site for Bechtel (client), Santos (owner) site with a team of 6 tradespeople (Electricians/ Plumber/ Refrigeration Tech)

- I also looked after Maintenance repairs when required
- I attended meetings with the client to update them on the progress of works and talk about future jobs

- I also located and purchased the required parts for the Trades to complete their work
