I have worked for Whittens for the last year carrying out a wide variety of roles.

I started off workshop based servicing machines. preforming on/off hire inspection and various repairs. Testing and operating plant along with the paperwork. Supervised and worked alongside subcontractors in my workshop.

I am confident at loading and unloading heavy machines from floats from skid steers to D10 dozers and 6015 excavators.

I have gained a lot of experience in various different machines from this role.

-Excavators from 8-150 ton.

-Wheel loaders Cat 938m - 992K

-Bulldozers Cat D6 - D10T2.

-Both wheeled and track skid steers .

-Cat 14M/ 150 Graders .

-Frana MAC25s

-Cat 745/ Bell 45E dump trucks.

I also have experience driving a service truck.

This allowed me to progress to operating a variety of machines on one of their projects in Pilgangoora for the last few months.

I have also driven trucks from Perth to Porthedland and Newman a few times for them.

I worked for Barrett construction for 5 months as a Machine operator and truck driver.

I drove a 6wheeler tipper with trailer to collect and dispose of material from jobs .

Operated excavators from 2- 8 ton boxing out, back filling, loading trucks and laying limestone blocks.

I also operated wheeled and tracked skidsteers, loading trucks/trailers , back filling and leveling passageways.

Back in Ireland I ran my own LV repair workshop and breakdown recovery business. I

do not have mechanics paperwork but I have years of experience in the industry.

I maintained a fleet of cars, vans, utes and light trucks.

I have also done a lot of work and modifications to classic,rally and drift cars.

-General servicing and replacing general wear components.

-Replaced engines, gearboxes, clutches. etc.

I also have done a reasonable amount of welding and bodywork.

Replacing damaged or rusty panels and respraying panels.

Collected broken down or damaged cars with my own truck.
