To ensure successful implementation of projects, which include planning, scheduling, documentation, equipment sizing, proposal generation, installation, commissioning and hand over of Water treatment (WTP), STP WITH MBR, STP WITH MBBR, ETP, RO, UF, DAF, LIME SOFTNING, DEGASSEER TOWER Condensate Polishing Units. To liaise with customers, co-ordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing unit for successful execution of projects and review, update progress, application of specifications, customer acceptance and variations as necessary. To ensure WTP projects are completed on time and within budget. To recommend cost efficiency measures without compromising on quality. To ensure the installation activity, pre-commissioning and commissioning of equipment. To ensure the smooth operation plant while handover. To carry out the survey of non-operational plant for revamping. Techno commercial coordination (for chasing up the progress) with customer, sales, engineering, logistics, manufacturing unit, finance, service, after market, importation, site and contractors. Planning - Schedule making, budgeting, preparing billing schedule & resource plan (for project coordinators, site supervisors and contractors). Execution - Progress tracking, contingency planning, chasing up engineering, deliveries, erection & commissioning activities, invoicing, collection, budget review, internal, external documentation, FAT, SAT. Planning, tracking & implementation of project plans for EPC Industrial Water treatment plants within preset estimate / revenue budgets & deadlines and coordinating projects for the Ion Exchange Demineralization plants, Reverse Osmosis & Ultra filtration Plant & Organizing regular meetings at committee level & preparing MOM / action plan based on those. Major responsible for Mechanical, Erection and Commissioning, contract Management, Vendor Development & Payments, Billing schedule, Progress Review with client, and Timely Completion. Establishing time span of project execution as per client specifics; listing down resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set. Review of Design & Engineering of Membrane system, Demineralization Plant. Complete site visits to monitor, troubleshoot and follow up to ensure ongoing support and the proper functioning of existing systems. Manage the manpower loading requirements by reviewing the bi-weekly manpower forecast and prioritizing labor loading based on project requirements and business priorities. Monitor chemical consumption throughout the process. Prioritize and coordinate engineers, technicians & operators schedules to complete multiple projects/tasks. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
