• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to identify compliance issues and develop strategies to address them.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess and improve existing compliance processes.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related issues and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities and reports.
• Assist in development of compliance-related reports and presentations for management and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with local and international external auditors and regulatory agencies during compliance reviews and audits.

Philippine Identification System or PhilSys is the government's central identification platform for all Filipino citizens and resident aliens of Philippines. PhilSys will uniquely identify each registered person at national scale with high-level of assurance, eliminate identity fraud and strengthen integrity of functional identification registries. To fully implement this program, the government started with the Step 1 registration which enables all citizens to get registered in the system. As Registration Officer II, my key responsibilities include:

• facilitating and managing registration process within the designated jurisdiction;
• interacting with public, ensuring accurate detailed records of registered individuals;
• leading, managing, and motivating assigned team to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
• monitor team performance, and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Core responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational standards, focusing on various branches of science, including but not limited to biology, chemistry, and physics.
• Employ variety of instructional techniques and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
• Facilitate hands-on experiments and demonstrations to enhance students' understanding of scientific concepts and principles.
• Foster positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and respectful discussion among students.
