Design, conception and management of the world's first sand hostel for HostelWorld at Kurrawa Beach, Gold Coast.
Constructed from sand, this structure provided luxury accommodation, a cocktail bar and lounge, catering, showers, live music stage, volleyball and sand-sculpted furniture. The activation lasted 3 days before being removed to the disappointment of the local residents.
