I am an experienced ICT manager with over 15 year’s experience in large-scale organizations with specialisation in asset intensive utilities industry. I emphasis on putting people first whether it be managing a team or working with internal stakeholders or customers to achieve value or outcomes.

I have worked on several transformation programs whether it be as a consultant or manager that facilitated in leading an organization undergoing a change to their operating model or implementing large-scale systems.

I am looking to pursue a new challenge with an organization that can leverage my background and skill sets whether it be with implementation of an enterprise system or setup of new teams to drive value and business outcomes.

  • Successfully implemented a new IT team (EAM) through that was responsible for provisioning of the EAM platforms including Maximo, ESRI, Smallworld and the Mobility platforms.
  • Recruited and Onboarded 20 personnel using Service Integration to align towards Water Corporations SOP that uses ITIL as the operating framework
  • Responsible for $10 million dollar worth of ICT contracts comprising of software licensing, and service providers providing ICT support and services
  • Oversaw the transition to support the Work Management Enterprise Systems that serviced over 1500 operators across Western Australia
