  • Directly responsible for a team of >200 Lending Operations professionals principally located in Melbourne and Sydney, providing a high quality service to Corporate & Institutional and Business & Private Bank customers, as well as NBA & BNZ Group Treasury.
  • Products covered include Bilateral & Syndicated Lending, Asset & Corporate Equipment Finance, Trade Finance & Working Capital and Securitisation & Distribution.
  • Led the transformation of C&IB Lending Operations from a group of standalone teams, to a cohesive and professional lending operations centre of excellence with appropriate specialisations.
