Personal Life

Personal Life
  • In my spare time I enjoy taking care of my two children and showing them lifelong learning skills such as cooking, money handling and learning new sports.
  • Personally I love going to the gym and taking part in group exercise classes such as body attack and body pump - this has had a strong, positive effect on my physical and mental health over the past 18 months.
  • I like to take care of myself and cook consistently with healthy foods to coincide with my new found enjoyment of the gym.
