I did work experience for a week at Mid-North Coast Drafting and Construction. Here are some of the skills and tasks I accomplished this week:

• Cut materials according to specifications in preparation for installation.
• Assisted with the movement of materials and equipment to job sites.
• kept the job site cleaned up properly and all debris disposed of in their respective containers.
• Interpreted specifications and construction drawings to understand the tasks necessary to complete each job.
• Prepared materials accurately, using hand and power tools to make precise cuts.
• Followed established job site safety regulations and maintained a safe and clean work area.
• Monitored tool and equipment conditions and arranged repairs.

• Cleaned and sanitized dishes and utensils, consistently keeping adequate supplies on hand for expected customer loads.
• Chopped vegetables, cut up fruit, and prepared sauces when kitchen staff was busy.
• managed to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with ease.
• Maintained clean, trash-free workspaces to maximize productivity and safety.
• Followed proper handling and sanitation procedures to comply with food safety standards and protocols.
• Transported food items from storage areas to the kitchen for preparation.
• I followed recipes and chef instructions to prepare food correctly.
• Unloaded food deliveries and stored items in proper locations for easy access.
• Operated kitchen equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Loaded dishes, glasses, and tableware into dishwashing machines.
• Followed food safety practices and sanitation guidelines.

I was doing work experience there but getting paid, and my job was to clean the pro shop and clubs. I fixed club shafts and renovated the back of the shop with a work bench.

• Maintained clean, orderly and inviting golf shop and assisted with merchandising and advertising
• Collected payments for sales transactions and issued receipts for merchandise sales, greens fees and cart and club rentals
• Packed and unpacked shipments, arranged and displayed golf shop stock and assisted with physical inventory at month-end
